I would like to return the product, is that possible?
Yes, this can be done within 14 days if the product is unworn and undamaged. Also, the shape of the bracelet should not have bee adjusted. To process a return correctly and quickly, we request you to contact customer service by sending an email to email@example.com.
Are there any costs associated with the return?
There are no additional costs for returning. You only pay the shipping costs. We expect you to return the products in the same packaging as you received the products. An envelope with air cushions protects the product from damage. We do not refund any money if damaged.
When do I get my money back?
If you make use of the right of return, you will receive payment for the returned product, including the delivery costs. After you have submitted the return request to customer service, and when the products have been received, we will refund the amount as soon as possible in the same way as the original transaction was made. This happens in any case within 14 days. Take into account the processing time of the different payment methods.
